My stay was marked by mixed feelings. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly courteous, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. While the pool area was nice, I was frustrated with the room upgrade that didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, it has potential, but improvements are needed, especially in housekeeping.
